Looking up “Afghan Resistance” in Google brings this site up as #1 hit, which is rather telling - Google works on the principle that if lots of other web pages about the Afghan Resistance link to this page, then it is probably the home page of the Afghan Resistance.

Anyway, try my ISP, http://www.redshift.com find their WHOIS, enter the name of the site you want info on & youll get your info. That whois page is the best I know, it gives info that other whois’s do not.

you can’t use the network tools at his ISP’s site unless you use that ISP. Whois returns the info that DarrenS gave above.

That phone number is for the administrative contact of the web site, and so is public record. I see no problem with posting numbers which are already public.
