I am having new gutters installed, they are 6" wide and replacing 5" wide ones. The electric lines going into the meter first come into a conduit that is at the top of the house. This conduit is shaped to go around my existing gutters and there is not enough room to fit a 6" gutter, so it needs replaced.

Can an electrician do this or does the electric company need to do this type of thing? I am in SE Michigan.
