Who was he, and what was his connection to Hack?
The IMDB has no credits for anyone by that name working in the industry, so it seems doubtful that he was a crew member.
Googling around, I got a lot hits for a fella who is/was a moderator for a Anthroposophy newsgroup, but I don’t see anything to indicate his recent decease.
I’d be grateful to anyone who is able to fill in the blanks for me.
