I neither believe nor disbelieve in the possibility of psychics (though I think 99.99999% of them are frauds even if some people do have that ability)…
One of my teachers in high school told me that her mom’s dog was sick and the vet couldn’t figure out why, so she took it to a pet psychic. The psychic said that the dog told her it had been stung by a scorpion on it’s leg. They took it to the vet, who looked at the leg, and found a scorpion sting. Treated it. Dog got better.
Now, this is a FOAF story and carries no credibility, of course, but it does make for an interesting story.
For anyone who hasn’t seen it, here’s a link to the show on the Animal Planet website.

Monty2, I cried when she was talking to the pony, too.
Sonya was a guest on REGIS & KELLY this morning, along with Regis’s cat, Bernadette Peters’s dog and a little girl with her pony. It was a neat couple of segments. Regis’s cat wants more privacy; he says everyone’s always watching him; Regis said that was true. Bernadette Peters’s dog told Sonya that she had been choked by a very tight collar/chain. Bernadette confirmed that was true, that the dog had a neck injury when she adopted it from the humane society. And the pony wanted his old food; he had been put on diet food to lose a few pounds. He also wanted more carrots. . . and to go back to being shown and winning ribbons. The little girl said she hoped her mother could “raise the money” so she could show the pony this summer.
I was impressed!
