You nailed it. Both of those. It pushes their ass out and is socially accepted as sexy.
They may want validation from men or women checking them out, they may want men to take interest in them (women do like sex, you know), or they may just think it goes well with their outfit.
Well, I’ve seen a few porno flicks, so apparently they’re some kind of a “turn-on” to us guys, because the ummmm “actress” is usually seen with them on in bed.
I’m about those like I am those beautiful 5-6 thousand dollar Les Paul guitars: you have one of those you’d damn well better know how to play it.
I also like to see them worn with those stockings that have the seam on the back, tight sweaters and short skirts with slits up the sides.
'Scuse me… back in a few… I think I have a Jane Russell flick around here somewhere…
The OP is perfectly aware why women wear high heels of any sort. My guess it that calling them “whore/hooker heels” stems from the fact that slut-shaming kinda turns the OP on. He wants to hear that the reason we wear them is that we’re dirty, dirty girls who wear them in the desperate hope that he’ll maybe notice us, and then fuck us, while we thank him for it.
Go to hell, and take your twisted little ‘innocent questions’ with you. My choice of footwear has not a damn thing to do with you, or anyone else, excepting of course Uncle Sam once in a while. But then, your question wasn’t “Combat boots, why do women wear them?”. That, I’d’ve been happy to answer.
To recap the poll at this point between the actual votes for A and those who expressed that it was likely A plus other reasons…it seems that A is winning.
I should have added C: A bit of A and B.
I thought there would be more votes for B actually.
Having Achilles issues, I can testify that wearing a 2" heel is more comfortable for me than flats. A well-made 3" heel can absolutely be more comfortable than an thin flat shoe, such as a ballet slipper. So buy good shoes, and try on half sizes on each end because not all shoes are sized the same.
I wear all kinds of shoes, from tennis shoes to fuck me thigh high boots. I tailor my outfit to fit the formality of the occasion, then choose a shoe that fits my mood. I certainly don’t wear fuck me boots unless I’m in a state of mind to pull it off. Similarly, I don’t wear my fur-lined Crocs unless I truly don’t give a shit whether anyone notices me. Sometimes you want to stand out, and other times you want to blend in. There’s nothing wrong with either, though I will say that those stuck exclusively in one mode might consider switching it up a bit to add a bit of variety in their life.
Very interesting, I wasn’t aware that an achilles problem would make being flat on your feet uncomfortable. Is this an injury of some sort?
I also find those baby doll shoes uncomfortable for more than a hour or so I need more padding than they provide, and a 2" heel I can handle for a while. Anything above that goes quickly from uncomfortable to excruciating.
Other, since I don’t wear shoes that are uncomfortable and my foot health is extremely important to me - hence the reason I go barefoot or wear shoes with such thin/flexible soles I might as well be, most of the time.
I wear certain clothes and shoes mostly because I like the way they look, and the way I look and what I wear is important to me. Other people’s reactions, much less so. I also don’t like a lot of attention and my choice in clothes/shoes reflects that somewhat. But I own plenty of shoes with heels 3" and higher. For one thing, I like to feel taller and more imposing sometimes, since I am an average-height but much-thinner-than-average woman.
ETA: If the OP really thinks that any shoe with a 3" or higher heel is a ‘whore heel’, I don’t even know what to say… but I suspect s/he’s referring more to certain styles of shoes with heels. I have a pair of shoes much like these: Unique Ideas for Home, Decor, Beauty, Food & Kids - ThisNext with a 4" heel and I think they could hardly be less ‘whorish’. IMO.
I can’t speak for every woman but personally, none of my heels are uncomfortable and my feet are not damaged even though I wear high heels regularly. So why would I need any particular motivation to wear cute Amish whore shoes?
“Whore” is a very loaded word that is used frequently to attack women in our society. Don’t know what argument to lodge against a woman? Call 'er a whore!
“Pimp/drug dealer shoes, why do blacks wear them?” I’m pretty sure nobody would be pleased with me either.
