who's the oldest famous woman who's still hot?

Gaspodes last link is definitely NSFW. Don’t know about the others.

Bernadette Peters is 56.

Not that I want to dish dirt on the fabulous Ms. Page but where did you get that information? I know that photographer Irving Klaw suffered under the Kefauver investigations or are you talking about something else?

FWIW My lovely wife bought me a Betty Page diorama, completely with Betty vamping in bra, panties and high heels, chubby leering photographer - not quite a representation of Klaw - and speed graphic camera.

Goldie Hawn is still a-freakin’-dorable. And Sally Field looks pretty good, too.

Sorry. I didn’t even notice the banner ads.
The pics in themselves are certainly Safe For Work.

I’m going to go in a different direction, here. I’ve posted this opinion before, so, if you’ve already seen this, I apologize.

My candidate is a woman who looks every bit of her 58 years: Tyne Daly.

I remember her back in the early 70s in one of the Dirty Harry movies, playing a strong, intelligent woman in her thirties, with a shy smile that was an absolute killer. I was in my teens, but looked at her and saw a damned attractive woman.

Later on, I saw her in Cagney and Lacey, playing a strong, intelligent woman in her forties, with a shy smile that’s an absolute killer. Still damned nice.

Now, I see her playing Maxine in Judging Amy, as a strong, intelligent woman in her sixties. She is now somewhat grandmotherly, with grey hair in a bun and carrying more than a few extra pounds, but she still has that shy smile that’s an absolute killer, and I was surprised to discover that she is still damned attractive to this mid-forties guy.

I recall one episode where she needed to convince some bureaucrat to do something, and when asked how she was going to do it, replied, flashing that great smile: “I’m going to flirt with him, of course!”, and then proceeded to do so.

Great woman, great actress.

Man, I used to date a girl who looked JUST. LIKE. HER. Only younger. I still droll over her. Both hers, actually.

May I nominate Marilu Henner? She’s only 52, and a baby by the standards in this thread. But she’s still extremely attractive.

I was beginning to get concerned that she didn’t get a mention until page two.

mmmm…legs…

In October of 2003, Jane Seymour visited our local mall promoting her line of bedding and children’s clothing.

My wife and I were milling around in the infants section with no knowledge that Seymour was coming that day. To make a long story short, she showed up right next to us, and I came embarrasingly close to running her over as I was navigating the racks. She is a tiny person, and was not easy to see through all the clutter.

Face to face, she is absolutely a very pretty woman. However, in person, plenty of facial wrinkles are apparent. Still, they don’t look like “bad” wrinkles on her – they kind of work with her face. It’s not easy to explain.

She’s an actress. I think it might be fair to say she was the most popular actress/poster girl of the 60s in Japan.

In total agreement here. Total. Love her on Judging Amy, and my mom was a C&L freak, so I saw lots of Tyne while growing up. Very striking woman.

Oh, and you’re right on about the smile. Her shy smile is pretty, but it’s the 1000-watt one that I always loved.

Noboby’s mentioned the coochie coochie girl - Charo! She’s either 63 or 73 (some sites say she amended her birth certificate).

Page was arrested on several occasions for assault; many of them were domestic situations involving her husband or step-children but others involved other people. I believe she attacked at least one person with a knife. Apparently most of these situations involved some degree of mental illness on Page’s part and I believe there was also alcohol and drug abuse. Page was involuntarily confined to mental institutions more than once.

Shirley Jones recent pic is still looking quite good at 70 as is Julie Andrews (whose remake of On Golden Pond flopped because she and Christopher Plummer, though in the right age frame to play the characters, both looked far too youthful).

I read someplace that La Deneuve’s entire visage is literally held up by what is essentially a mesh of gold stitching penetrating the dermis. Her face will look pretty much like it does until death, purportedly.

Good choices all around, but I’ll take Adrienne Barbeau

She was 58 at the time of the pic

Isabella Rosselini was one of my first thoughts when i saw this thread. Not only is she beautiful, but in every interview i’ve seen she has been both smart and charming. That’s really hot.

Another person that no-one’s mentioned yet is Lauren Hutton.

60 and looking great, with the really cute gap between her from teeth (the picture is four years old).

Her name leaves about as much to the imagination as her outfit.
