Mine is October 5, 1970*.
I know I’m getting old when I see people with birthdays in 1986 and 1987 and realize that they’ve graduated from high school! Okay, not as old as some of you other bastards, but old nonetheless. 
*October 5 is the most common birthday, according to Marc Summers on Unwrapped.
A school classmate and I shared the same birthday. We were born at the same hospital, just a few hours apart. Another friend insisted that I marry him because we had the same birthday. He thought we could get married on our birthday and he’d never have to worry about remembering my birthday or our anniversary!
I also share a birthday (though not the same year) with Julio Iglesias, Mickey Rooney, Bruce Springsteen, Dwight Yoakam, Jason Alexander, and Augustus Caesar.
So, how about it: September 23, 1977 anyone?
Of course it is, because around January 5th it’s really cold outside and everybody’s broke from Christmas.
