What ethnicities are white and brown?
What ethnicity is black? C’mon crow you trolling me?
What ethnicity is Black?
An ethnic group of Americans with total or partial ancestry from any of the black racial groups of Africa. The term African-American Black generally denotes descendants of enslaved black people who are from the United States, while some recent black immigrants or their children may also come to identify as African-American Black or may identify differently.
And I’m sure you’ll answer my question,
“What ethnicities are white and brown?”
sometime after you post those pictures of all the mini-Dresdens that have occured in the last year.
You missed 1/2 of the black to capitalize in that quote you copied. At least attribute your source.
From the US Census government page.
" The U.S. Census Bureau must adhere to the 1997 Office of Management and Budget (OMB) standards on race and ethnicity which guide the Census Bureau in classifying written responses to the race question:
White – A person having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, the Middle East, or North Africa.
Black or African American – A person having origins in any of the Black racial groups of Africa.
American Indian or Alaska Native – A person having origins in any of the original peoples of North and South America (including Central America) and who maintains tribal affiliation or community attachment.
Asian – A person having origins in any of the original peoples of the Far East, Southeast Asia, or the Indian subcontinent including, for example, Cambodia, China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippine Islands, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander – A person having origins in any of the original peoples of Hawaii, Guam, Samoa, or other Pacific Islands.
The 1997 OMB standards permit the reporting of more than one race. An individual’s response to the race question is based upon self-identification.
An individual’s response to the race question is based upon self-identification. The Census Bureau does not tell individuals which boxes to mark or what heritage to write in. For the first time in Census 2000, individuals were presented with the option to self-identify with more than one race and this continued with the 2010 Census. People who identify with more than one race may choose to provide multiple races in response to the race question. For example, if a respondent identifies as “Asian” and “White,” they may respond to the question on race by checking the appropriate boxes that describe their racial identities and/or writing in these identities on the spaces provided."
No, the word has more than one usage, All Blacks are black but not all blacks are Black.
I’m still waiting to learn who the ‘’‘brown’‘’ people are.
In other words, you don’t even know your rules you have supposedly been following since 1980.
Ask the NY Times and other organizations what they mean by their usage.
Still waiting to learn who the ‘’‘brown’’’ people are.
I don’t care what you are waiting for. Do some of your research.
Declare victory and depart the field octopus, it’s what you do best.
My work is done here.
Endless questions that you could trivially look up yourself is pointless. Especially when you don’t even know your rules for capitalization of so-called ethnicities. At some point conversation is just tedious.
What the fuck are you talking about? You don’t understand the rules, clearly. You won’t even acknowledge that Black is an ethnicity.
I never said that. I said it wasn’t a nationality. Those I capitalize. Is English your native language? Simple words are confusing you.
So, what other ethnicities don’t get capitalized?
Also, nationality? I’ve only talked about ethnicity. Why did you wait till now to clarify that?
I can’t believe I’m engaged in an internet cripple fight. But here we are.
Look at that list I’ve shown you. White is typically not capitalized it’s an ethnic group according to the US government. I showed you a link from a prominent black activist who didn’t capitalize ethnic groups when the ethnic group was a color. Now obviously he didn’t get your memo from the 80s when you were engaged in such practice…
The list that only uses ethnicity once but uses race multiple times . . . maybe you’re confused about the definitions of ethnicity and race?
Fap fap fap fap. Fucking pathetic little man.
"which guide the Census Bureau in classifying written responses to the race question:

And ignored. Bye now.
Nobody cares, you doofus.
