i’ve lived in my cozy little condo for 11 years. during that time i’ve been quite lucky and haven’t had major plumbing issues at all. until the upstairs toilet decided it didn’t want to obediantly flush the way god and plumbing design intended.
uh-oh, thought i. the innards have worn out and have to be replaced.
no prob, thought i. no biggie. if my sister can do this,** *I * ** can do this. so, i get the appropriate replacement parts for the tank, carefully go over the instructions and do the necessary work.
bingo. success!
wonder of wonders, the toilet works the way it’s supposed to.
except that ever since then - about five weeks now - when i run water and or flush a toilet, or the water softner starts recyling, i get audio outtakes from ghost hunters! i figure it’s air in the lines, but i haven’t been able to clear them.
i’ve opened every tap in the house and flushed both the up and downstairs toilets while they’re all running all at the same time - and still to no avail.
what am i doing wrong and what can i do to make this go away!!! for gods sake, the CATS are noticing it.
