The date for Iraq to declare all weapons chemicals and such is Dec 8th. So why do the inspecters start thier search on Nov 27th? I understand the peliminary setting up of offices and secureing communications but site inspection doesnt seem to make sence yet. If they DID find something then Iraq could just simply add it to the list and therefore not be in material breach of the agreement. So what is the point?
There are already sites in place that the previous inspectors did. The previous inspectors left behind monitoring equipment and such. The inspectors are making their way to those sites to check up on them till the Iraqi declaration. Moer than enough to keep them busy till then.
Because it really doesn’t matter if the inspectors find any illegal weapons or not, Shrub will still invade Iraq.
Unless you have specific, citable, factual proof of this, it has no place in GQ.
