I personally don’t use drugs, but I have several friends that still do. In our discussions of the effects of various hallucinogenic substances, I’ve noticed that several of their reported hallucinations have involved visions of gnomes, ‘midgets’, pixies, fairies, dwarves, leprechauns, and small humanoid aliens.
Is this typical? Why do hallucinations so often involve miniaturized people, rather than, say, giants??
Are these people who believe heavily in the existance of these beings? Are they people that practice or study Majickal arts?
Ive never once had a hallucination that invovled little people, i have had them that include nephlim (giants) and giant Gods but I read aboutthese things on a basis and think about them in my daily life and Id imagine that is what came out when I was hallucinating
I’ve used LSD numerous times coming up in my teen/early 20’s and never once saw a “little person” or “dwarf”.
I have in fact seen large, giant men in the clouds, though. I saw a lot of fractal patterns on furniture and stuff that looked like it was slowly breathing. I watched cigarette smoke produces faces for a few hours while tripping.
Once I had to stare at a glass ashtray for a few hours because it was bending and distorting and I couldn’t take my eyes of it.
But LSD is nothing like people who haven’t done it think it’s like. It’s a mindfuck, you aren’t on this planet. It’s not just about visuals, it opens your doors of perception and you will never get them shut once it happens.
But it’s a very delicate brain chemistry you’re screwing with, so seeing midgets and dwarfs probably isn’t that far fetched.
EGAD Surreal! Loquacious and hallucinating, I think you need to tell your friends to lay off the crystal meth! It’s bad enough as it is without the sleep dep!
I see things a lot differently now. You see people for what they really are, you can instantly see their true motives. You are no longer blinded by innocence.
That’s the best I can describe it. I’ve had this conversation with lots of LSD users and most always know what I’m saying when we talk of it.
