Whenever I drink lemonaide, my teeth feel funny. It’s like they’re less slippery and more rough…or something. It is the only beverage that does it to me (citric juices and other acidic drinks included).

The acid in the lemonade has actually etched your tooth enamel. So the smooth contact surfaces that were in contact with each other are no longer smooth, and the high points will rub grateingly across each other until you have worn away the high points to create a smooth surface once again. Lemon juice is pretty acidic.
Folks who vomit frequently (for example, those with eating disorders) may lose the enamel on their teeth because of the presence of hydrocholoric acid in the vomitis.
I doubt that a bit of lemonade occassionally would hurt my teeth, as the acid is removed by washing away with saliva.
