I was all set to make a tranny joke, but now I ask seriously, “blouse” is the correct term in the military?
Shouldn’t someone who calls himself marinetothebone know how to spell corps?
Specifically, the “blouse” is the part of the service/dress uniform that a civilian would call a business suit’s jacket or coat. (BTW, it has become a dated term, at least Army and Marine Regs have adopted more current language style and now refer to the Class A jacket as a “coat” rather than a “blouse”).
In Army and Marine regs, a woman’s shirt is called just that, a shirt.
