Ok. Either far more corrupt or, in the current SCOTUS, far more numerous. Either way, the proposed legislation certainly impinges on the Reactionary Wacko Traitors’ goal more than those of the liberals.
Let’s be clear though, they aren’t ignoring the ruling out of some issue they have with the supreme Court. Alabama republicans are ignoring the (conservative) court’s ruling because it could jeopardize their grip on power.
I think they were always going to ignore a ruling like this, the question is whether the unpopularity of the court, and madness of the maga mob, will mean they get away with it indefinitely.
