Only if it’s the astronaut wit the flagpole and everything.
Ew.
Only if it’s the astronaut wit the flagpole and everything.
Ew.
I look at everything that comes out of my body. (Well, almost everything.)
Yes, monitoring bodily excretions is a must! I have to see what’s coming out.
I get lots of nosebleeds, and I want to make sure I don’t have blood running down my face, which can be embarrassing.
I am surprised how many people get nosebleeds here. I get them regularly starting this time of year and am always checking for blood.
A year or so ago, my sister and I were discussing this same question. The conclusion we came to was that it’s most likely people are just curious about what was causing all the problem.
I said well maybe it’s something like this… you’re wondering why you’re so stuffed up, you snort, look and “No WAY”.
My sister said “or you look and No WONDER!”.

Sometimes when I’m really sick, like with a sinus infection, I’ll either blow out or cough/snort up something grey and veiny, that looks like a piece of my brain. I make sure to let everyone around me know just in case it turns out to be an actual piece of my brain and that dislodged piece leads me to turn into a vegetable the next day or something.
Some stuff that your body makes is just interesting to look at.
Checking for blood, and because since the nose is right in the middle of the face it would be harder to not look than to do so.
I just want to see if it’s a good one. I wonder about people who are so incurious as to not do this.
I check to see if I blew right through the tissue. Sometimes I do, which means my hands are the next things to check.
Why I’m checking to see if I have snorted out an undiscovered Shakespearean sonnet, or a Turner seascape perhaps.
Looking is fine. Showing to the person next to you, not so much. Plus you feel better seeing how much bad stuff you got rid of!
