This website is definitely slower than others for me. Today seems especially bad.
Yes, noticeably slow today, to the point of being borderline non-functional. Also, noticeably worse today than usual with the login failures. I’ve been having to enter my username and password multiple times, more than usual, to get signed on. Hamster trouble.

I really in truly believe at least some of the problems are dependent on the person using it, based on the comments I’ve seen (not just these two - I quoted them for examples). Not saying the individuals in question are physically doing anything different, but that something is different about their stored information. Tracking subscribed threads is one thing that comes to mind that might get corrupted for one person and not another, but that’s purely a guess; I’m sure other things could get corrupted for one person and not another. The fact that always logging off helps me a lot but Siam Sam has mentioned it still screws up for him when he does that is another example of symptoms varying by user.
Ugh! It’s just awful.
I retried Ghostery, but when installed I can’t access Pinterest and it makes other stuff wonky a bit too! Unfortunately I’m not savvy enough to know how to manage that.
And though I just re upped for two years, if I have to manage outside software to get any kind of performance out of the board then this isn’t really a place for me.
The glacial speed really does ruin the experience. But maybe that’s just me.
It does seem worse today.
EDIT: But at least it didn’t reset for me today after logging in, for once.
Really slow today. Not all the time, but spotty slowness. Just tried to reply to a thread and it took 5 minutes to take.
Exactly the same here. Spotty. Glacierly slow for a while, then normal for a little but, then slow again etc.
Mine is perfectly fine as well. And almost always is.
The board has been working a lot better for me for the past few days. It’s still occasionally slow but I’m not having anywhere near as many problems as I had been.
Popping in to comment that the Board has been working like a dream for several weeks now. I’m wondering what if any procedures were used to fix the glitches.
