If I was called for jury duty in this case, then I would obviously be excused because of bias. However, I believe the jury has already been chosen and in any case I don’t live in California. For those reasons I am not bound by a need to assume innocence until he is found guilty. For that matter, he can be found “not guilty” and it will not change my belief that he did it. Sorry.
Because everyone thinks he is guilty, but no one can prove that he did it.
