Come to think of it, I don’t see ginger ale on many menus here. My non-educated guess has to do with whether the Canada Dry distributor has a strong restaurant trade business. It seems like non-alcoholic beverage distribution is either Pepsi-driven or Coke-driven. Anyone else has to fight for trade penetration, and Canada Dry is a smaller player.
What about Schwepps? I love Raspberry Ginger Ale!
