For what it’s worth, you can enable a VPN with one click on Opera.
And I think Mozilla has one available for Firefox, though I’m not sure if it’s free.
I’ve never seen one on Firefox, but my antivirus software comes with one, and it asks me if I want to enable it if I’m in a place with no wifi passwords or even in one with a weak wifi password.
Is there a version that works with Macs?
I’m on Windows, but their web page seems to indicate that a Mac version is available.
