And Atkins’ Accel pills have the equivalent of one cup of coffee’s worth of caffeine in them. So maybe they want to limit you, so you buy their caffeine.
That being said, I lost a lot on Atkins, and I take the Accel pills when I need a pick-me-up.
There are some good low carb breads out there, and even better low carb tortillas. Most of them do it by adding extra fiber, which is a help on Atkins. My personal favorite bread is Nature’s Own Double Fiber.
With the tortillas, you can make wraps, or toast them to make chips, or toast them and use them as the bottom of a pizza. Many of them have only about 5 net carbs, and about 10 grams of fiber. (net carbs for me are carbs minus fiber)
