The last time I looked Berkshire Hathaway was over 60,000$ a share. Why won’t Warren split it? Is it because he only want’s rich people owning stock in his company?

Sort of. According to Mr. Buffett, he wants to maintain a rational stock price based on intrinsic business value. A lower stock price would encourage short-term trading, volatility, would detract from the stock’s value as a long-term investment vehicle.
