Anyone wear contacts and have to keep rewetting drops in your pocket? I do, and wonder why the hell don’t manufacturers make the bottle more oval or something, so it actually fits in a pocket? This got me to thinking of product designs that get it. Like the refrigerator boxes for soda cans that are long and narrow and actually fit in the refrigerator. Or the new plastic gallon paint bottles that reseal, fit a roller, and have a nice built in pouring funnel (Dutch Boy). Or those color coded and non-round medication bottles that are easy to read (I think Target uses them). It seems like lately manufacturers actually get it. So, anyone know of product designs like these that are so obviuosly better, you wonder why it wasn’t done before? Or products that are in big need of a new design? Just curious (and bored, been raining like 3 days now).
Refresh brand artificial tears come in a wide oval bottle. I don’t use them, but just so you know, there’s someone out there thinking about you.
Here’s a picture, in case you’re curious.
