Wikipedia ROYALLY misrepresented my HS standardized test scores

According to our High School’s wiki page, almost every 10th grader failed the math section. Someone linked (I mentioned it on Facebook) to the “straightdope” on the scores, and we were above average.

That is a very interesting story.

Sorry for no link! I’m from Milton MA originally.

If it’s wrong, why don’t you go change it?

Sounds like Wikipedia vandalism. My high school’s rivals’ Wikipedia page got locked repeatedly for, presumably, current students of my old school going on there and editing the page with false info, or probably just a simple “[school name] sucks!”

If the %'s had been a point off, I would’ve brushed it off, but the data was so FUBAR I was confused.

Wow, no shit? Something on wikipedia was wrong once? Better start a thread about it.

Those bastards!

huh. It’s very interesting that you should report this. What’s even more interesting is that this is the first time I’m hearing this. You know, such big news that it is.

Oh, no?

This thread has been certified as sufficiently mundane and pointless for this forum.

“Wikipedia” didn’t get it wrong. The person who edited the article did.

If you don’t want to fix it yourself, you can draw attention to it on the talk page and somebody whose entire goal in life is to fix articles will be along shortly.
