I believe one wouldn’t need to dig too far back in history to find that the Republican position differs from yours:

Now, AFAIK, you don’t formally represent the Republican party, but I do find the above rather interesting.

I would also argue that there’s a profound difference between:

  • Hewing closely to a company’s own Terms of Service during a pandemic in order to stanch the spread of truly dangerous misinformation, and
  • Punishing media outlets for “being mean to me.”
