I was passing over the Manhattan Bridge by subway earlier today and, while looking at the skyline, noticed an advertisement for the show 24. The tagline was something like: THIS FALL, BE PREPARED FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE DAY. Very eerie. I can’t believe they haven’t taken that down yet.
Then there are the ads for Hallmark Channel: STORY UPON STORY UPON STORY. And in parentheses (WE’RE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE WORLD TRADE CENTER). So sad how we look at various advertisements so differently only a week apart.
