Hey All,
William Hibbs’ case is coming before the supreme court to determine if Nevada State practiced discrimination against him in denying him family leave and subsequently firing him. He needed family leave to care for his wife who was injured in an auto accident.
I looked for detailed information on the auto accident and if the Hibbs family received any compensation or if they were un-insured, or what the outcome was of any litigation associated with the accident.
Does anyone know the whole story? I tried Google on William Hibbs and found that he is the poster boy for the family leave act litigation, but not much else.
Thanks

p.s. Was he hit by an un-insured drunk driver? Was she wearing a selt belt? Did he cause the accident? Was it a sunny day? Was it snowing? Did Hibbs have un-insured motorist coverage? What was his coverage?
