GaryM, check your auto insurance policy. It varies from state to state (obviously), but here in MN, it’s law that your insurance cover the costs of windshield replacement (probably up to some limit, like 1 replacement per year or something like that). Something about the windshield being a significant safety and structural element. I’m not sure about MO, but it’s worth a shot!
