I recently came across this video of wingsuit BASE jumpers in Norway. Pretty amazing.
Thought it may be worth noting that Carl Boenish, the “father of BASE jumping” was killed during a jump in the area where this video was made.

I would feel too guilty to do the abandoned skis method. I was trained not to litter, nor to ditch expensive sporting equipment casually.
I typically find “extreme” sports and the videos thereof rather boring, but my reaction to that was “wow.”
It doesn’t look safe, but it does look cool.
Then you should definitely go for the ski-less version - much more pure and elemental.
I understand that this wall is popular and has been for more than 20 years. So I expect there are rules about cleaning up trash.
And I gotta believe those skis are mostly garage-sale specials.

I told my husband, “I would never do that” at the beginning. At the end of the video: I totally want to do that. Damn. It looks dangerous but fun as hell.
