I haven’t been following this thread but just wanted to let people know that I’m still pretty happy.
This is a whoosh, right? (I can see day, and you say night…)
“Shy” probably comes closest…I have never had any close personal relationships.
I’ve heard of Phil Collins, and Genesis; but I couldn’t identify him to safe my life. As I said, I’m not a rock fan; I chose to listen to “beautiful music” and classical radio stations instead of rock stations. (That may set me off from most people but, well, that’s the breaks.)
Oh, me too!
But when you say “Of course, I never had children”, it sounds like you’ve given up on a ‘close personal relationship’. Don’t. There’s a lot of different people out there.
And since you’re a different people [knee slap]…
Too bad. I have dial-up and can’t view those things. I still don’t know Phil Collins from Adam.
No big deal. Its just an authority on 80s pop music giving insight into the genre.
And it’s from the movie “American Music Critic”, I believe.
…and with my limited tastes, a movie about rock would have zero appeal…

I found this article today in the Huffington post:
*It was a miracle no one was injured.
After telling a group of three Jehovah’s Witnesses to get lost, Centeron, Ark., resident John Baldwin, 35, fired about 19 shots at the group as they were leaving, police said.
Everything was OK when the Jehovah’s Witnesses first arrived at Baldwin’s home on Saturday, according to local NBC affiliate KNWA-TV. But when Baldwin learned the men were Jehovah’s Witnesses, he allegedly told them to “get the [expletive] off my property” and said “Get me my 9” as the men were getting into their car, CBS affiliate KFSM-TV reports.
Police said they found 13 shell casings and a Springfield XDM-9mm handgun in front of Baldwin’s house, according to KFSM-TV. Baldwin was arrested and released on $50,000 bond. He will be charged with felony aggravated assault, the station notes.
Baldwin could be slammed with a $10,000 fine and jailed for six years.
Jehovah’s Witnesses are a Christian denomination with about 7.5 million members worldwide. They publish Bibles and Bible literature in nearly 600 languages, and go door to door to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, who they believe is the son of God and not part of the Trinity. *
Satisfied?[/Peter’s reply; The way most people i see talking or reacting or inciting the people around themselves is very childlike, it is a reaction that does not fit the reality of the situation. Have it known that when you persecute any of God’s people you are attracting the forces of satan whom are very pleased at seeing a mostly balanced person doing hateful deeds.]

Cool story, bro.
Yes, I was wondering how to attract the forces of Satan. It’s a little cold to be prancing around outside naked at midnight.
Bring it!
[Beavis] YYYessss! [/Beavis]
Keeping it seasonal, I hereby invoke the forces of Santa.
