Bailey, hands down. Another strike against Jennifer is that she was a very fashionable dresser, and the women’s fashions from the Disco Era of the show haven’t held up very well (and I didn’t find them very appealing at the time anyway).
Bailey’s jeans and loose-fitting blouses, on the other hand, are a much simpler, more basic and, it turned out, durable style.
They’d look much better on my bedroom floor, if you know what I mean and I think you do.

And of course I’d weigh in on the Bailey/Mary Ann side. A stint in the military will teach a man what common sense should have: attractiveness is what pulls you in off the sidewalk, but availability is what you drive home.
Oops - the women reading this thread might be offended that I’ve compared them to the merchandise on the cover on “Car & Driver!” Well, how do you think we gents feel being the flappy-hooked fish on the cover of “Field & Stream?” Flame away ladies: female anger has been scientifically proved to enfuse the serum of courage into the ovum you release, and should those eggs be fertilized it strengthens the human race. I’ll gladly be a fuzz-buster on the road to that greater glory.

Definitely Bailey. She was much cuter than Jennifer. Smaller breasts, better hair, nice face. And the glasses were cute.
And since it was mentioned, Mindy was a hottie too! Pam Dawber was in a teevee movie called The Girl, the Gold Watch, and Everything (I think) where she took her clothes off before getting into bed. As a horny youth, I sure wished I could have had the outtakes! 
She was in “The Girl, The Gold Watch, and Everything” and I’ve never managed to see it when it’s on. But she’d be perfect for the role. (It’s one of my favorite books…John MacDonald wrote it.
