"Wobbler" virus ‹ urban legend or real?

I just got an urgent e-mail from a friend warning me about this “wobbler” virus which is supposed to be attached to an e-mail entitled “How To Give a Cat a Colonic.” Is this on the level and does it affect Macs?

I wouldn’t worry too much. Two sites that say it’s a hoax:

Anyone who would open up an e-mail entitled “How To Give a Cat a Colonic” deserves to get a virus.

Yer pal,
Satan

They already have a virus, Mr.S.

Ya see, they gave this contagious cat a colonic, and… have you heard this one?

With magic, you can turn a frog into a prince. With science, you can turn a frog into a Ph.D, and you still have the frog you started with.

Thanks to everyone for their responses, especially the stupid ones which always make me feel better about myself. It occured to me about two seconds after my first post that, duh, I could do a search on the internet. Almost immediately my suspicions were confirmed. Hah!

By the way, that crack about the frog would make a lot more sense if it were a PhD in psychology, no?
