Have you considered just calling the Wok Shop on the phone, describing your cooking situation, and asking what they recommend you order? When I was in their shop buying a wok, I had no clue what I wanted, but they asked me a series of questions and knew exactly what to sell me. (It was one of their less expensive ones, too.)
I wouldn’t recommend that. Oil flows downward; the sides won’t be properly seasoned if you do it in the oven.
