Wolverines are supposed to be formidable creatures despite their relatively small size. Does any one know if there have been confirmed attacks on people by wolverines? Could one kill a human if it attacked?

I don’t recall reading of any confirmed attacks on humans by wolverines, they tend to avoid humans as much as possible.
Seeing as wolverines can kill caribou and moose* it would be fair to assume that they are capable of killing a human.
