As much as I dislike people posting videos of others online, don’t most people now realize that almost everyone has a camera and access to the Internet? And what’s with all the screaming people lately?

ETA: I think we should talk about the real issue here, which is that the Apple Store is a nightmarish hellhole inside another nightmarish hellhole (the mall.) It’s like a Russian nesting doll of hellholes.

Self-entitled white suburban bitch (SEWSB). I don’t care why she’s upset, there is NO REASON for her to yell at the Apple store employee the way she did. As a retail drone nothing pisses me off more than people like this! Just as the video cuts off you can hear the Apple employee start to calmly respond. I’ve been in that position and there’s nothing harder than responding calmly when you want to respond in the same way you were addressed. Total lack of respect for that employee who is doesn’t get paid enough to deal with assholes like that.
Notice how she looks around as she yells, making sure that everyone sees what she’s doing? She wants to embarrass the employee into doing her bidding. You yell at me that way and not only will I not submit to your demands, I’m going to give you the bare minimum service I can. Go above and beyond for you after getting yelled at? Not going to happen. When I get around to helping you I’m going to get your part for you and that’s it. After that you’re on your own.
I’d rather deal with a telemarketer than a bitch like that.

I saw how she looked around, and can’t believe she thought she would get any sympathy from people who were waiting their turns quietly. Wonder what she is like at home if she does this in public.

The best part was how she obviously had planned to rant on for longer than that, but her mind suddenly went blank and so she couldn’t think of what else she was gonna yell. Thus her only option was to hilariously slam her fist down onto the stroller, her face screwed up in the same kind of petulant, self-righteous anger a 4 year old has when mommy won’t let him/her have Oreos for lunch.

So what you’re saying is that not only are Apple products 3x the price, incompatible with the cords used by every other piece of electronics in the world, and indissolubly married to iTunes, but also their customer service blows? Gee, no wonder they’re so popular.
Nah, I’ve seen very similar dresses in stores this summer. Maxi dresses have been huge for summer wear for a long time, and chevrons have been pretty big this past year or so. But yeah, it does look a lot like the afghan my mom crocheted when I was a baby.

Yeah, I’ve been over Apple for a while now. To their credit, though, they always replace my charging cables for free.
What I really want to see is a recording of her reaction when she realizes that her tantrum is now public. We can only hope she is as embarrassed as she should be.
People like that don’t tend to have a whole lot of self-awareness going on.
