Has a basketball player ever won titles on all 4 levels? The four levels:

High School state title
NCAA title
NBA title
Olympic gold medal

Kareem apparently missed out on the 1968 Gold Medal after he boycotted said Olympics.

Kareem was also my first thought, but adding the Olympics makes it difficult.

Magic Johnson did. His Everett High School team won the Michigan state championship in (I think) 1976-77. At Michigan State, he won the 1978-79 NCAA title. He won NBA Championships with the Lakers in 1979-80, 1981-82, 1984-85, 1986-87, and 1987-88. And he was on the Dream Team in 1992. I know he’s the only one on the Dream Team who did it but there could be other Olympians who pulled it off.

Sue Bird has won a state title, an NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship, an Olympic Gold Medal, and a WNBA title. Just to throw that in there.
