That’s right! They actually interviewed him about the urban legends coming out of the WTC thing! I saw the news anchors showing the faked picture of the observation deck/plane/tourist and I said to my husband, I wonder if they’ll mention snopes.com. Well, they did better than that! They actually interviewed Mikkelson about UL’s! (It was just a snip of an interview mixed in with the story, but hey! it’s something!) Yay, fighting ignorance on the local front, anyway!
Barbara Mikkelson had a fairly lengthy little segment on NPR the other day where she debunked a lot of rumors that were coming out of the WTC tragedy.
That was cool.

Yeah, I wish I could have heard that. It’s really amazing how gullible people are. And how many people who are willing to take advantage of that gullibility.
