You have to have a NYTimes subscription to use wordlebot, don’t you? I have a puzzles subscription but not a full site sub but I can’t seem to use it.

Not sure. Bot was not obviously connected to Wordle. You need to go to the WordleBot site and it automatically pulls and gets all judgey about your latest Wordle. (Site linked above.)
I just switched to a new tablet and I see my stats have vanished. Looks like they’re tied to the specific device you were using.
Tomorrow’s one came down to the wire, and I only got it because of the letters that were left over.

Time zones. I’m in Australia. It changes when the International Date Line (middle of the Pacific Ocean) hits midnight.

For another ‘different people having same guesses’ coincidence today, Wheelz’ 2-through-5 are identical to my 1-through-4.
I’m givin’ it up: 100 puzzles / 100 successful solutions / 375 total guesses (which I rate as okay, but not great). My luckiest moments were definitely the two times it took me 6 guesses - in both these cases multiple single letters remained that would have made a valid solution.
Why quit? I wasn’t happy when the NY Times took over: I feel their reporting in the Duke Lacrosse case was deeply unethical, and thus that it’s wrong to support this newspaper even to the extent of playing their word game.

I got this one in three. Only one guess left after two. You won’t be impressed. But WordleBot judged me maximal skillz.
