For some reason, NYT has deleted my past scores. I always go to the site from powerlanguage.com and it’s been fine for the last few weeks but today it’s telling me I have just one win on the board.

Quick question: Does anybody know if the word list contains pluralized 4-letter words? My daughter told me one of her guesses yesterday, eg. DUCKS (she ended up missing the word) and I told her I didn’t think there were any 4-letter words with ‘S’ added, but would love confirmation.
I was thinking about the one from yesterday. After getting the four greens a word like WHISK should give the final letter.
And today I got my second 2 in 11 days. The first time was because the word was significant for me. This was basically luck.

I believe that plurals are allowed as guesses, but can’t be the answer. The legal guess list is much larger than the legal answer list.
I’ve guessed plurals because they had letters i wanted info on.
Thanks! Agreed that they’re allowed (after all, Zakalwette guessed one), but she was looking for the answer by then, not eliminating letters.

After a lot of thinking, the only two possible words I could come up with were TACIT and TIBIA, both with a repeated letter. There are probably others, but I took a shot and it paid off.
