Okay, gotcha, and thanks. I use a similar approach, in a way, based on each letter’s frequency of use. I (usually) start with the same 3 words that use up the 15 most frequent letters, with the exception that I exhaust all the vowels. This leaves those second tier consonants for my remaining 3 guesses.
It’s worked so far, no losses in 60 days. But there have been a few near misses — which are nerve-wracking!
One more thing: I haven’t used any word lists. I want to test my vocabulary.
Same, but if I see a good word “in the wild” I’ll totally use it.
I think I’ll only post when I get three or better. This is tomorrow’s. I have already forgotten what the word actually is.
