That took me forever to figure out! Once I had the second N, I kept looking for the ending -NAN or -NNA, and there just weren’t any words.

LIMIT → I guess it’s nice to place one and only one I, so there’s that. More comcons and an E to guess
RISEN → a nice unplaced N. I’d like to try both A & O next, and there’s a word that will do both…
PIANO → So that A is cool, but I really need to start placing letters. I’m sure Scoredle would have done something with two or three Ns on that last guess. I’ll keep trying the “broad front” approach
KINDA → Three placed, no leads. Perhaps time to try a repeat letter? I thought about this for ten seconds while the answer crept up on me

I only half expected my fourth guess to be valid, but in the end it led me to the answer.

Yeah, after 3 I saw DIVAN which is a word I’ve known for years, but seemed a bit obscure for a Wordle solution. But I didn’t see NINJA until after putting in DIVAN as my fourth guess which narrowed down where the letters I had could be. Scoredle also noted KINDA but that seems too slangy for a Wordle solution.
This was one of the toughest ones for me yet. I spent more time on my third and fourth guesses than I think I ever have before. I almost gave up and tried DIVAN but I just felt that it was so unlikely that I couldn’t do it.

Happy with the par on a tough word, but I’m guessing NYT wouldn’t choose CHINA as an answer, even if it just means dishes. A little more thought might have gotten me a three.
(There’s another word that starts with NI and ends with A that I was very surprised Scordle offered up as a possible solution.)

By my third try, I was stumped. I kept trying to find an INA word, and it just wasn’t there! This one took way too long and I ended up wrenching hard through it before finally coming up with the answer. The only other possible was KINDA, and I kinda thought that wasn’t a real word so I didn’t try it. Glad this round is over!
