How did I miss HUNCH when I saw FINCH, PINCH, WINCH, BUNCH (already used), MUNCH, and PUNCH? If I’d seen it, I’d have chosen it over the more slangy MUNCH at 4.
Grrr. Argh.
I had a 93-day streak going with Wordle when I woke up Saturday AM, and really needed to use the head. I always use a different word to start, and that day, I realized that URINE had a good combo of letters, leading to a 2, with URBAN.
The next day, I missed STATE, and today ran out of room again, so my “streak” reset anew.
