ORGAN → Slow start. E, I and two more WoFcons, mix 'em up and get
REIST → Not bad. OK, the R’s not at the start. Middle? Should I try a U, or double up on the E? The latter, I think
THREE → Oh my. R at end, TH moves over, E to front and get
ETHER
THREW was another possibliity for my third guess; I think I still would have made par if I had tried it. Scoredle does worse when starting from ORGAN; it hits the last two letters early but tries the two remaining vowels before trying a repeat, ending with a bogey.

Not my best effort. Guessing liner instead of loner was very out of character and ended up hurting the cause. Then guessing knell for the win wasn’t smart. I didn’t like the word but I figured at least it would positively place the L. In hindsight, whoop-dee-doo. Positively placing the L isn’t worth an extra guess.

ETHER → I think that qualifies as a slow start. Bonus, though: one and only one E, and not in 4th position!
LEANS → I almost went LANES here, until I saw that E in the 4th position. N & L are nice pickups; where should I try the E? I think second, throw in an O, mix with L & N, see ?ELON, think Donald Trump and try
FELON → Oh, so close.

Pretty much the definition of a nice, straightforward Wordle. Scoredle also worked its way to a solid par.
