I tried something new today. Getting tired of my rotating list of start words, so I found a random word generator and decided to use whatever it gives me. First try was a pretty decent one! We’ll see how this tactic goes.
Interesting approach. Are you checking if the generated word was previously used?
Nope. I’m not about chasing the ace. I did actually get one once, and after the initial shock wore off, I felt kind of cheated that I didn’t really get to play the game.

RATTY - nope, but narrows things down to
ATRIA - plural of atrium
Scoredle also gave ATRIP as a possibility after 3. It’s a word for when your anchor is just off the sea bottom, apparently. Seems a bit obscure for Wordle.

BALER → Not a bad start, and it leads me to one of my favorite first guesses second…
ROAST → Couldn’t figure out a word with the A in 4th position, followed by neither R or T. So I figured there had to be another vowel, which led me to
ARTIC → ATRI? means
ATRIA
ATRIP was somehow a possibility. Oddly enough, if given my first three guesses, Scoredle would have tried it for its par attempt, which would have left it with a bogey. On its own, Scoredle closes with AORTA/ATRIA which seems somehow appropriate.
