Starting word left only CHOIR, CHAIR, and CHAIN - any of which eliminates one of the other two - or KHAKI, the only one not starting with C. So I was basically guaranteed a birdie or better. CHOIR was the first one I saw, but I didn’t beat the 1/4 odds. Oh well.
