That’s a good word to get people with. My oldest sister asked me one time what the name of that little thingy hanging down in the back of the mouth is (she was reading a trivia question, I believe.) When I told her, she freaked out and thought I was nuts for saying that word in front of mom. I explained it further after mom and I were done laughing enough that we could talk.
