work in ISrael? Any ideas?

My mother is looking for jobs she could get herself in Israel to fund attending a college there. She’s a trained nurse and that would be ideal, but the only organisation she has so far approached - ICEJ - require their nurses to speak either Russian or Hebrew. This sounds fair enough to me but a missionary friend assures me there are “loads” of other organisations that will take people who speak only English. I wondered if anyone happened to have useful information on how my mum could work as out there without another language. She doesn’t HAVE to do nursing, it’s just what she’s trained in. She’ll do anything.

(except I think this college is in Jerusalem, so I dunno if a kibbutz would work)

She’s an extremely active 63 and would probably be interested in getting to live in Israel for a time even if it ruled out the college. Appreciate any advice. Ta.

Try to contact the college. They should have some office that could help if only to refer her to other contacts.
