I’m wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for blogs from outside the US (to some extent, even, outside Western Europe) on subjects like:
globalization
developement
international relations
culture
language
art
They can be in French or English.
I’m particularly interested in cultural sharing between regions with political problems. For instance, China and Taiwan or Pakistan and India.
