Morocco is the 40th largest country by population. Croatia is 130th.
I’d be okay with a Croatia-Morocco final.

I was thinking more, first time entrance to the semifinals for a region + local fans.
Turkey’s in UEFA, but also kinda them in 2002. I imagine most of their population is in asia.
