You need a lot less then 5000 gold to get an epic mount. Off the top of my head, I think it’s something like 2000 - and that’s assuming she doesn’t already have the next level down of riding skill.
We’re talking epic flying mounts, which are right under 5000 gold for the riding skill. The non-flying mounts are more like 600-700 gold. But that’s so old school.
The important question is, how does she look in her night elf costume? Are we talking a bikini with a few specks of glitter, or did she put some real effort into it?

I was going to make a comment about the night elf women dancing like strippers anyway, but strippers are smart enough to get money from men without (often, depending on the area) even having to touch them very much.
