That image is artificially rotated clockwise 45 degrees. The road is perfectly level, and that slope is actually only a mildly-dangerous hill. Even without the boom extended it would overturn in those alleged conditions; the cab is entirely over one track in the photo, shifting the center of gravity out past the tipping point.
